After years of working in the community, founder Tracy Duran identified the need for organization and leadership development to promote workplaces where all people can thrive. We use proven assessments to help individuals and organizations understand their developmental needs as well as their working styles and strengths. IDEATE partners with our clients to increase intercultural competency and mature teams as they build organizational knowledge and awareness about the impact of power, privilege, race, culture, and communication.
IDEATE Collaborative Consulting’s mission is to work in partnership with organizations to provide custom programs that strengthen intercultural competency, improve communication and transparency, and transform organization cultures so all people feel valued, engaged, and can reach their full potential.
