Ideate utilizes The Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the DiSC assessment to support learning and development. The IDI is a validated and reliable psychometric instrument and is used as an assessment tool to generate individual and group profiles that provide snapshots of the developmental stages and behaviors present in the organization. The DiSC is used to increase self-awareness, promote effective communication, and help build common language around individual needs, strengths, and opportunities in the workplace.
By integrating core competencies with self-awareness, we strengthen individuals' awareness and competency to empower them to lead through their identities and honor the identities of others moving towards mutual adaptation and the ability to be able to meet people where they are. This allows organizations the ability to honor human differences to create equitable and inclusive workplaces.
